🎯 Location: On the lateral side of the foot directly below anterior border of the external malleolus on the lower border of the cuboid bone.

🎯 Location: Below tuberosity of the 5th metatarsal bone at the junction of the red and white skin.

🇨🇳 Chinese: 束骨 (shù gǔ)

🎯 Location: Posterior to the 5th metatarsophalangeal joint at the junction of the red and white skin.

🛡️ Treats: Fever, Diarrhea, Heat, Depression, Back Pain

🗺️ Meridian: Bladder Meridian

🇨🇳 Chinese: 足通谷 (zú tōng gǔ)

🎯 Location: Anterior to the 5th metatarsophalangeal joint at the junction of the red and white skin.

⚠️ Cautions: No specific contraindications.

🛡️ Treats: Cough, Shortness of Breath, Sweating, Chest Fullness, Vomiting

🗺️ Meridian: Bladder Meridian

🇨🇳 Chinese: 至陰 (zhì yīn)

🎯 Location: On the lateral side of the small toe about 01 thumb width from corner of the nail.

⚠️ Cautions: Traditionally forbidden in pregnancy – these are the points used to bring on labour at term. Controlled data show no excess of preterm birth or stillbirth (Carr 2015), but in pregnancy needle only on a clear obstetric indication.
