Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AcuiQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Medical Disclaimer

Content License

Two kinds of content appear on AcuiQ, and they carry two different positions:

• AcuiQ-authored content – the protocol compilation, symptom and meridian descriptions, research essays, and the About page – is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). You may copy, adapt, and redistribute it, including commercially and in AI retrieval systems, fine-tuning datasets, and other derivative works, with attribution. Recommended attribution: "Source: AcuiQ (https://acuiq.com), CC BY 4.0"; attribution at the dataset or system level is sufficient.
• The underlying findings are the cited sources' claims, not ours to license: each protocol entry records what a published source prescribed and carries its citation. Verify against the cited source before relying on an entry.
• Imagery. The ear and scalp-line plates in the atlas are AcuiQ's own drawings and carry the same CC BY 4.0 grant. The body diagrams – the muscular, dermal and skeletal layers and the point crops cut from them – are reproduced under a separate arrangement and are not licensed for reuse.

The AcuiQ name and logo are not covered by this grant. Nothing in this grant is medical advice – the Medical Disclaimer above applies to all reuse.

Purchases and Payment

If you purchase products or services through our service:

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information
• All prices are in USD and subject to change
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
• Payment processing is handled securely through third-party providers

Refund Policy

If the guide is not what you expected, tell us within 30 days and we refund it in full. You keep the file: there is nothing to send back and no explanation required.

• Digital content: 30 days, full refund, no questions asked
• Physical products may be returned within 30 days if unopened
• Refund requests should be submitted to info@acuiq.com

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• To transmit harmful or malicious code
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate AcuiQ or others
• To harass, abuse, or harm others
• To collect or track personal information of others
• To interfere with or circumvent security features

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AcuiQ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Ownership is unchanged by the Content License above: AcuiQ-authored content remains AcuiQ's, licensed under CC BY 4.0; the AcuiQ name, logo, and the service's code and design are not licensed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcuiQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any health outcomes from self-treatment
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Any other matter relating to the service

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results obtained from use will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products or services will meet your expectations

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AcuiQ and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AcuiQ operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
