🇨🇳 Chinese: 大敦 (dà dūn)

🎯 Location: On the lateral side of the terminal phalanx of the great the toe 01 thumb width from corner of the nail.

⚠️ Cautions: Avoid in patients with bleeding disorders.

🛡️ Treats: anxiety, weakness, constipation, depression, distension:abdomen

🗺️ Meridian: Liver Meridian

🇨🇳 Chinese: 行間 (xíng jiān)

🎯 Location: On the dorsum of the foot between 1st and 2nd toe proximal to the margin of the web at the junction of the red and white skin.

⚠️ Cautions: No specific contraindications.

🛡️ Treats: pain:chest, diarrhoea, anxiety, dizziness, cough:blood

🎯 Location: On the dorsum of the foot in the depression the distal to the junction of the 1st and 2nd metatarsal bones.

⚠️ Cautions: Caution in hypertension.

🛡️ Treats: cough, diarrhoea, anxiety, dyspnoea, sweating

🎯 Location: Anterior to the medial malleolus midway between sp5 and st41 in the depression on the medial side of the tendon of the tibialis anterior.

🛡️ Treats: jaundice, deficiency:qi, heaviness, numbness, pain

🎯 Location: 5 thumb widths above the tip of the medial malleolus on the midline of the medial surface of the tibia.

🎯 Location: 7 thumb widths above the tip of the medial malleolus on the midline of the medial surface of the tibia.

🎯 Location: Posterior and inferior to the medial condyle of the tibia in the upper portion of the medial head of the gastrocnemius 1 thumb width posterior to the sp9.

🎯 Location: When knee is flexed point is at the medial end of the transverse popliteal crease posterior to the medial epicondyle of the tibia in the depression of the anterior border of the insertions of the semimembranosus and semitendinosus.

🇨🇳 Chinese: 陰包 (yīn bāo)

🎯 Location: 4 thumb widths above the medial epicondyle of the femur between vastus medialis and sartorius.

⚠️ Cautions: No specific contraindications.

🛡️ Treats: retention:urine, enuresis, dysfunction:urination, pain:abdomen:inferior, pain:back:sacrum

🇨🇳 Chinese: 足五里 (zú wǔ lǐ)

🎯 Location: 3 thumb widths directly below st30 at the proximal end of the thigh below pubic tubercle and on the lateral border of the adductor longus.

🛡️ Treats: cough, swelling, retention:urine, dysfunction:breathing, somnolence

🎯 Location: 2 thumb widths directly below st30 at the proximal end of the thigh below pubic tubercle and on the lateral border of the adductor longus.

🛡️ Treats: pain:knee, infertility, benefit:uterus, pain:thigh:medial, period / menstruation:irregular

🎯 Location: Lateral to the pubic tubercle, lateral and inferior to the st30 in the inguinal groove where pulsation of the femoral artery is palpable 2.5 thumb widths lateral to the anterior midline.

🎯 Location: On the lateral side of the abdomen below free end of the 11th rib.

⚠️ Cautions: Avoid deep needling; caution with spleen.

🛡️ Treats: cough, diarrhoea, anxiety, dyspnoea, jaundice

🗺️ Meridian: Liver Meridian

🇨🇳 Chinese: 期門 (qī mén)

🎯 Location: Directly below nipple in the 6th intercostal space 4 thumb widths lateral to the anterior midline.

⚠️ Cautions: Avoid deep needling; risk of pneumothorax.

🛡️ Treats: heat:chest, cough, fever, dyspnoea, jaundice
