🗺️ Meridian: Spleen Meridian

🇨🇳 Chinese: 商丘 (shāng qiū)

🎯 Location: In the depression the distal and inferior to the medial malleolus midway between tuberosity of the navicular bone and tip of the medial malleolus.

⚠️ Cautions: No specific contraindications.

🛡️ Treats: Cough, Fever, Jaundice, Common Cold, Constipation

🗺️ Meridian: Spleen Meridian

🇨🇳 Chinese: 血海 (xuè hǎi)

🎯 Location: When knee is flexed point is 2 thumb widths above the mediosuperior border of the patella on the bulge of the medial portion of the quadriceps femoris.

⚠️ Cautions: Anticoagulant therapy or a coagulopathy raises the risk of haematoma at the needling site – apply prolonged pressure on withdrawal. The precaution governs technique; bleeding disorders remain a treatable indication.

🗺️ Meridian: Kidney Meridian

🇨🇳 Chinese: 交信 (jiāo xìn)

🎯 Location: 05 thumb widths anterior to the kd7, 2 thumb widths above the kd3 posterior to the medial border of the tibia.

🛡️ Treats: Diarrhea, Heat, Absent Periods, Swelling, Dysentery

🇨🇳 Chinese: 陰谷 (yīn gǔ)

🎯 Location: When knee is flexed point is on the medial side of the popliteal fossa between tendons of the semitendinosus and semimembranosus at the level with ub40.

🇨🇳 Chinese: 曲泉 (qū quán)

🎯 Location: When knee is flexed point is at the medial end of the transverse popliteal crease posterior to the medial epicondyle of the tibia in the depression of the anterior border of the insertions of the semimembranosus and semitendinosus.

🇨🇳 Chinese: 陰廉 (yīn lián)

🎯 Location: 2 thumb widths directly below st30 at the proximal end of the thigh below pubic tubercle and on the lateral border of the adductor longus.

🛡️ Treats: Knee Pain, Infertility, Benefit Uterus, Thigh Medial Pain, Period / Menstruation Irregular

🇨🇳 Chinese: 急脈 (jí mài)

🎯 Location: Lateral to the pubic tubercle, lateral and inferior to the st30 in the inguinal groove where pulsation of the femoral artery is palpable 2.5 thumb widths lateral to the anterior midline.
