🎯 Location: On the midpoint of the upper border of the symphysis pubis.

🗺️ Meridian: Extra Points: Back

🇨🇳 Chinese: 腰眼 (yāo yǎn)

🎯 Location: In the depression the approximately 3.5 thumb widths lateral to the lower border of the l4 (yaoyangguan du-3) lumbar eyes refers to the visible hollows found in the many people, just over one handbreadth either side of the spine, below the level of the iliac crest.
