🇨🇳 Chinese: 脾俞 (pí yú)

🎯 Location: 1.5 thumb widths lateral to the du6 at the level of the lower border of the spinous process of the 11th thoracic vertebra.

⚠️ Cautions: Avoid deep perpendicular needling.

🛡️ Treats: Cough, Fever, Poor Appetite, Diarrhea, Spleen Qi Deficiency

🇨🇳 Chinese: 三焦俞 (sān jiāo yú)

🎯 Location: 1.5 thumb widths lateral to the du5 at the level of the lower border of the spinous process of the 1st lumbar vertebra.

🎯 Location: 3 thumb widths lateral to the du mai at the level of the lower border of the spinous process of the 3rd thoracic vertebra on the spinal border of the scapula.

⚠️ Cautions: Avoid deep perpendicular needling due to risk of pneumothorax.

🛡️ Treats: Cough, Chest Pain, Fever, Shortness of Breath, Asthma

🎯 Location: 3 thumb widths lateral to the du mai at the level of the lower border of the spinous process of the 4th thoracic vertebra on the spinal border of the scapula.

⚠️ Cautions: Avoid deep perpendicular needling due to risk of pneumothorax.

🛡️ Treats: Cough, Fever, Phlegm, Asthma, Sweating

🇨🇳 Chinese: 懸鐘 (xuán zhōng)

🎯 Location: 3 thumb widths above the tip of the external malleolus on the anterior border of the fibula.

⚠️ Cautions: Contraindicated during pregnancy.

🛡️ Treats: Cough, Anxiety, Knee Pain, Dizziness, Heat

🗺️ Meridian: Liver Meridian

🇨🇳 Chinese: 中封 (zhōng fēng)

🎯 Location: Anterior to the medial malleolus midway between sp5 and st41 in the depression on the medial side of the tendon of the tibialis anterior.

⚠️ Cautions: No specific contraindications.

🛡️ Treats: Jaundice, Qi Deficiency, Heaviness, Numbness, Pain

🗺️ Meridian: Conception Vessel

🇨🇳 Chinese: 中脘 (zhōng wǎn)

🎯 Location: On the anterior midline 4 thumb widths above the umbilicus.

⚠️ Cautions: Avoid needling over the gravid uterus after the first trimester; where used in pregnancy, needle shallowly and only on a clear obstetric indication.

🛡️ Treats: Poor Appetite, Diarrhea, Shortness of Breath, Common Cold, Depression

🇨🇳 Chinese: 上脘 (shàng wǎn)

🎯 Location: On the anterior midline 5 thumb widths above the umbilicus.

⚠️ Cautions: Caution in pregnancy.
