🇨🇳 Chinese: 極泉 (jí quán)

🎯 Location: When upper arm is abducted point is in the center of the axilla on the medial side of the axillary artery.

⚠️ Cautions: Contraindicated for needling; proximity to axillary artery.

🛡️ Treats: pain:chest, anxiety, palpitations, pain:elbow, retching

🗺️ Meridian: Heart Meridian

🇨🇳 Chinese: 青靈 (qīng líng)

🎯 Location: When elbow is flexed point is 3 thumb widths above the medial end of the transverse cubital crease in the groove medial to the biceps brachii.

⚠️ Cautions: Caution with depth; proximity to brachial artery.

🛡️ Treats: swelling, pain, stagnation:channel, shivering, pain:costal:lateral

🇨🇳 Chinese: 少海 (shǎo hǎi)

🎯 Location: With elbow flexed, at the midpoint of the line connecting medial end of the cubital crease and medial epicondyle of the humerus.

⚠️ Cautions: Caution with ulnar nerve.

🛡️ Treats: phlegm, heat, fullness:chest, pain, epilepsy

🇨🇳 Chinese: 靈道 (líng dào)

🎯 Location: When palm faces upward point is on the radial side of the tendon of the flexor carpi ulnaris, 1.5 thumb widths above the transverse crease of the wrist.

⚠️ Cautions: No specific contraindications.

🛡️ Treats: anxiety, swelling, pain:finger, retching, pain:heart

🎯 Location: When palm faces upward point is on the radial side of the tendon of the flexor carpi ulnaris, 1 thumb width above the transverse crease of the wrist.

⚠️ Cautions: No specific contraindications.

🛡️ Treats: dizziness, palpitations, deficiency:qi, depression, fullness:chest

🎯 Location: When palm faces upward point is on the radial side of the tendon of the flexor carpi ulnaris, 05 thumb widths above the transverse crease of the wrist.

⚠️ Cautions: Caution in cardiac arrhythmias.

🛡️ Treats: palpitations, fullness:chest, epilepsy, pain:heart, nosebleed

🇨🇳 Chinese: 神門 (shén mén)

🎯 Location: At the ulnar end of the transverse crease of the wrist in the depression on the radial side of the tendon of the flexor carpi ulnaris.

⚠️ Cautions: Caution in cardiac arrhythmias.

🛡️ Treats: anxiety, dyspnoea, palpitations, cold, heat

🎯 Location: When palm faces upward, point is between 4th and 5th metacarpal bones; when fist is made point is where tip of the little finger rests.

⚠️ Cautions: No specific contraindications.

🛡️ Treats: pain:chest, anxiety, palpitations, deficiency:qi, cold
