🗺️ Meridian: Stomach Meridian

🇨🇳 Chinese: 氣沖 (qì chōng)

🎯 Location: 5 thumb widths below umbilicus 2 thumb widths lateral to the cv2.

⚠️ Cautions: Needle with care near the femoral artery. Traditionally forbidden in pregnancy – these are the points used to bring on labour at term. Controlled data show no excess of preterm birth or stillbirth (Carr 2015), but in pregnancy needle only on a clear obstetric indication.

🛡️ Treats: Constipation, Heat, Abdominal Bloating, Abdominal Pain, Absent Periods

🇨🇳 Chinese: 下巨虛 (xià jù xū)

🎯 Location: 9 thumb widths below st35, 1 finger breadth (middle finger) from anterior border of the tibia.

🛡️ Treats: Diarrhea, Pain, Breast Abscess, Dysentery, Pharyngitis

🎯 Location: 1.5 thumb widths lateral to the du mai at the level of the 1st posterior sacral foramen.

🎯 Location: 05 thumb widths anterior to the kd7, 2 thumb widths above the kd3 posterior to the medial border of the tibia.

🎯 Location: 5 thumb widths above the tip of the medial malleolus on the midline of the medial surface of the tibia.

🛡️ Treats: Anxiety, Palpitations, Common Cold, Depression, Swelling

🇨🇳 Chinese: 足五里 (zú wǔ lǐ)

🎯 Location: 3 thumb widths directly below st30 at the proximal end of the thigh below pubic tubercle and on the lateral border of the adductor longus.
