🇨🇳 Chinese: 天池 (tiān chí)

🎯 Location: In the 4th intercostal space 1 thumb width lateral to the nipple and 5 thumb widths lateral to the anterior midline.

⚠️ Cautions: Avoid deep needling; risk of pneumothorax.

🛡️ Treats: Cough, Fever, Phlegm, Chest Fullness, Swelling

🇨🇳 Chinese: 天泉 (tiān quán)

🎯 Location: 2 thumb widths below level of the anterior axillary fold between 2 heads of the biceps brachii.

⚠️ Cautions: Caution with brachial artery.

🛡️ Treats: Cough, Chest Pain, Palpitations, Chest Fullness, Blood Stagnation

🎯 Location: On the transverse cubital crease at the ulnar side of the tendon of the biceps brachii.

⚠️ Cautions: Caution with median nerve and brachial artery.

🛡️ Treats: Cough, Diarrhea, Shortness of Breath, Coughing Blood, Palpitations

🎯 Location: At the center of the palm between 2nd and 3rd metacarpal bones but closer to the latter and in the part touching tip of the middle finger when fist is made.

⚠️ Cautions: Avoid in patients with bleeding disorders.

🛡️ Treats: Cough, Chest Pain, Fever, Jaundice, Depression
