🗺️ Meridian: Spleen Meridian

🇨🇳 Chinese: 三陰交 (sān yīn jiāo)

🎯 Location: 3 thumb widths directly above the tip of the medial malleolus posterior to the medial border of the tibia.

⚠️ Cautions: Contraindicated during pregnancy except for labor induction.

🛡️ Treats: diarrhoea, dizziness, tinnitus, palpitations, distension:abdomen

🗺️ Meridian: Large Intestine Meridian

🇨🇳 Chinese: 合谷 (hé gǔ)

🎯 Location: On the dorsum of the hand between 1st & 2nd metacarpal bones approximately in the middle of the 2nd metacarpal bone on the radial side.

⚠️ Cautions: Contraindicated during pregnancy; avoid in first trimester.

🛡️ Treats: fever, tinnitus, release:exterior, amenorrhea, wind

🗺️ Meridian: Stomach Meridian

🇨🇳 Chinese: 天樞 (tiān shū)

🎯 Location: 2 thumb widths lateral to the center of the umbilicus.

⚠️ Cautions: Avoid in acute appendicitis; caution in pregnancy.

🛡️ Treats: appetite:weak, diarrhoea, constipation, vomiting, distension:abdomen

🗺️ Meridian: Lung Meridian

🇨🇳 Chinese: 列缺 (liè quē)

🎯 Location: Superior to the styloid process of the radius 1.5 thumb widths above the transverse crease of the wrist between brachioradialis and tendon of the abductor policis longus.

⚠️ Cautions: Use with caution in patients with radial nerve sensitivity.

🛡️ Treats: heat:chest, cough, fever, dyspnoea, phlegm
