🗺️ Meridian: Bladder Meridian

🇨🇳 Chinese: 上髎 (shàng hé)

🎯 Location: On the sacrum at the midpoint between posterior superior iliac spine and posterior midline just at the 1st posterior sacral foramen.

⚠️ Cautions: Caution in sacroiliac dysfunction.

🛡️ Treats: fever, pain:knee, cold, vomiting, pain:back

🗺️ Meridian: Gallbladder Meridian

🇨🇳 Chinese: 日月 (rì yuè)

🎯 Location: Directly below nipple in the 7th intercostal space 4 thumb widths lateral to the anterior midline.

⚠️ Cautions: Avoid deep needling; risk of pneumothorax.

🛡️ Treats: jaundice, vomiting, distension:abdomen, pain:abdomen, pain:epigastrium

🇨🇳 Chinese: 肘尖 (zhǒu jiān)

🎯 Location: On the posterior side of the elbow, at the tip of the olecranon the when the elbow is flexed.

⚠️ Cautions: Avoid in acute elbow injury.

🛡️ Treats: phlegm, swelling, abscess:intestine, carbuncle, scrofula
